CHS Inc. has an available position for an enterprise events specialist reporting to the enterprise events manager. As a member of the enterprise marketing team, you will be a key contributor as we develop and execute events and meetings for CHS customers, owners, employees and other stakeholders, ranging from large-scale destination events to virtual programs that deliver business insights and company updates. Collaborating with others throughout CHS and with a range of external partners and suppliers, you will help build experiences that deliver on the company’s priorities and strategies and advance our purpose of creating connections to empower agriculture. You will work with the enterprise events manager on event strategy development, planning and execution; venue selection and management; timeline and budget management; and event promotion and registration and deliver a high-level of customer service experience. Events include, but are not limited to national, regional and state customer and owner meetings; sponsorship hospitality activations; employee engagement and leadership events; stakeholder tours of corporate headquarters; and special events. The enterprise events specialist will help ensure strong internal and external communications with all event stakeholders, assist in managing and growing partnerships with outside vendors, and help refine and support best practices and standard processes for exceptional events.
