Waters Corporation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Event Operations Manager to help shape and execute the operational framework for our global events portfolio. This role will be a cornerstone within the evolving Global Customer Engagement & Events function, supporting scalable processes, standards, and tools that ensure operational excellence across Waters’ tradeshows and internal events. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience managing logistics and execution for large, complex programs, with strong project management expertise and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through detailed planning and delivery. This individual will manage a defined portfolio of events while partnering across the events function to establish best practices, consistency, and efficiency in execution. This role is hybris based out of Milford, MA 3 days week (Tuesday to Thursday)
