The Atlassian Global Events team drives customer engagement for the Atlassian brand and its portfolio of products. The team collaborates with sales, marketing, product and executive management teams to deliver Atlassian proprietary events and tentpole experiences. The purpose of these events is to increase brand awareness, drive business growth, build loyalty and educate attendees. As a Senior Event Marketing Manager, you are experienced in producing B2B technology events ranging in size from 100-5,000+ attendees, for both internal and external audiences. You share our passion for digital and physical events that engage audiences, build community and drive business growth. You take a data-driven approach to event execution, with expertise in program ownership. You have experience building global event portfolio strategies and managing multiple event programs simultaneously, overseeing event strategy, execution, and post-event analysis end-to-end. In this role, you will produce events that align with business objectives for customers and partners across various verticals, products, and priorities, for both internal and external audiences; including owning our sales kickoff event. You will manage vendor and venue partnerships, ensuring all stakeholders work together to provide seamless event experiences. Additionally, you will conduct leadership reviews and post-event debriefs to refine our strategy based on lessons learned, fostering strong relationships with partners. You may also take on workstream ownership across the portfolio, including content operations, event technology, and strategy development.
