About The Position

Position Summary: The Senior Lead – Stadium Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the stadium, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for guests, staff, and vendors. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on supervision to maintain operational excellence during events and non-event days. Pay: $22.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in stadium, arena, or large venue operations with supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise stadium operations including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel.
  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events.
  • Oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas.
  • Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations.
