About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Experiential Executive to support our financial services client’s nationwide FIFA World Cup 2026™ programming. The position will be instrumental in bringing to large-scale programs to life – leading apparel management and logistics efforts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring every element aligns to seamlessly to deliver meaningful experiences for fans and communities across the country. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Experiential Manager and broader soccer team responsible for managing our client’s comprehensive soccer portfolio. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for organization and precision.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for soccer and community engagement, with curiosity about the sport’s evolving landscape
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- You have a passion for events/experiences, ranging from large-scale custom experiences to small-scale turnkey events

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. A considerable amount of domestic event travel will be required throughout the FIFA World Cup 2026™ time period, including nights and weekends.
- Anticipated travel level: High (40-60%)
Responsibilities
- Serve as point-person for logistics and apparel management
- Prepare necessary event documents including inventory management documents, meeting notes, etc.
- Coordinate timelines with vendors and internal Octagon resources
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client’s sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives
- Assist with vendor management, logistical planning, and preparation of event documents to aid in execution and recapping
- Assist regional team managing all merchandise, premiums, and uniforms
- Perform additional duties and administrative responsibilities as needed
