As a Senior ETRM - Endur Software Developer at Williams, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and documentation of enterprise software solutions tailored for the energy trading and risk management (ETRM) landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to define the technology strategy and set the technical direction for various software projects, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives. In this capacity, you will also serve as a mentor to other developers, providing guidance and support as they navigate daily challenges and work on building standard processes. Your ability to prioritize projects effectively and collaborate with all levels of the organization will be crucial to your success in this role. You will be expected to provide functional and technical architecture guidance across all aspects of the ETRM system, playing a meaningful role in both the functional and technical design and configuration of new implementations or improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating technical specifications and analyses, designing solutions that enhance IT applications within the energy trading landscape, and ensuring the smooth technical operation of the ETRM and other trading systems under your team's support. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, allowing you to contribute to various aspects of the organization.
