About The Position
The position involves performing data analysis, collecting business requirements, and identifying business rules. The candidate will analyze, develop, and support Data Integration, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and Data Management using various platforms and tools such as Data Stage, Teradata, SQL, Autosys, and Oracle. Collaboration with the data modeling team to define data integration logic is essential. The role includes building and testing new ETL programs to fulfill service requests, automating ETL processes and pipelines using scripting and Autosys, and participating in unit testing while assisting the QA team in integration testing and supporting the business team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, the candidate will participate in code deployment and coordinate with different infrastructure teams during go-live, post-production, and continued support of the end product. Participation in technology governance groups that define policies, best practices, and make design decisions in ongoing projects is also required. The role involves working closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to fix performance bottlenecks and requires recent experience and clear responsibilities in an ETL/Extracts/Data Engineering lead developer capacity.
