Maintain, upgrade and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Etch Monitor statistical process control for high volume manufacturing equipment. Develop manufacturable process on 200mm platforms Improve cost performance of equipment. Write and maintain process specifications. Participate in and/or lead cross-functional lean activities. Work with peers and technicians to develop process troubleshooting skills Qualifications: Position requires BS in an Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering preferred) 5 years experience in process engineering within a wafer manufacturing facility Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with multiple disciplines in a 7x24 manufacturing facility Good problem solving skills Self-motivated; able to take initiative Excellent interpersonal skills Competency in troubleshooting problems Experience with AMAT MxP+, AMAT Super E, AMAT DPS2, TEL DRM, or TEL SCCM is preferred More information about NXP in the United States... Requirements

Position requires BS in an Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering preferred)
5 years experience in process engineering within a wafer manufacturing facility
Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with multiple disciplines in a 7x24 manufacturing facility
Good problem solving skills
