We are one of the top 2 companies that provide ESOP administration consulting services in the country, and we continue to grow our retirement services business (401(k), DB, CB, etc). We are seeking sharp, detail-oriented, dedicated individuals to join our team. We are hiring Senior ESOP Administration Consultants. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ESOP knowledge and be customer focused. As a Senior ESOP Administration Consultant, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, and regulatory reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics
  • 10+ years’ experience working specifically on ESOP administration including ESOP related compliance testing such as 409(p) testing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ESOP’s and other qualified retirement plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, written and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision
  • Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Interpret documents and resolve technical problems.
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week during peak times.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and advanced level Excel skills

Nice To Haves

  • Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification highly desirable.
  • Experience in ESOP plan review highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, and regulatory reporting
  • effectively managing a caseload of large and complex ESOP clients where you are primarily responsible for all aspects of the ESOP administration process
