Posting Open Date: 10/13/25 Anticipated Posting Close Date*: 12/15/25 Senior Equity Admin and Reporting Analyst We are looking for a humble and sharp Senior Equity Admin and Reporting Analyst to join our amazing and expanding Finance team! Reporting into the Director of Technical Accounting and Reporting, you will be leading the team in various efforts, including administering our equity programs, supporting various audit and tax compliance efforts and supporting our accounting close and reporting processes. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and develop both equity admin expertise as well as accounting and reporting skills, and therefore making a direct impact on our Company’s scalability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of global stock administration experience or equivalent experience in a multinational, publicly traded company.
  • Knowledge of various equity award types (ISO, NSO, RSU, PSU, ESPP) and related taxation.
  • Experience with E*trade equity administration software.
  • A baseline working knowledge and experience with the U.S. GAAP Accounting, Sarbanes Oxley (“SOX”) and SEC regulations as it relates to equity and stock administration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical ability and ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Team player who works well in a high-pressure, high-volume environment and is able to juggle multiple assignments, concurrent deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
  • An E*Trade superuser that understands how to best leverage the tool.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
  • Experiences in public accounting and/or held prior responsibility working with Big 4 CPA firms in connection with audits.
  • Background in accounting for equity awards under ASC 718.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Fastly’s global stock plans, including ensuring integrity and accuracy around processing stock awards, handling vestings, exercises and settlements, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) activities and other plan activities.
  • Assist with growing and scaling the stock administration function through continued process improvement initiatives, implementing automated solutions, where possible.
  • Ensure database integrity, and accuracy of record keeping of employee data and equity data in the E*Trade stock administration system. Includes monthly reconciliation of equity activity, including shares outstanding and share reserves among company records, the transfer agent and broker records to support internal and external reporting activities.
  • Proactively partner with other functional leads (including Legal, People Team (HR), Payroll, Accounting and Finance) to scale existing processes while ensuring the accuracy of all equity data, including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation and compliance.
  • Foster a positive participant experience by supporting employee’s understanding of Fastly’s equity award programs and policies through routine employee training and communication, including maintaining our internal equity site.
  • Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including ensuring timely and accurate year-end equity related tax filings, while supporting Fastly’s domestic and international expansion efforts.
  • Ensure global and inter-state mobile transactions by working with HR, Payroll, and tax accountants, and setup in Equity Edge Online.
  • Support SEC Reporting Manager with quarter end equity accounting and reporting processes, including producing financial reporting output from Equity Edge Online as well as other reporting related tasks.
