Under the direction of the Manager, Equal Opportunity Analysis and Reporting, the Senior Equal Opportunity (EO) Analyst will support the preparation and development of reports on workforce trends and MTA-wide equal opportunity compliance statistics, addressing the organization's equal employment opportunity program, policies, and agency-specific plans. The Senior EO Analyst will perform routine assignments, collect data from systems like PeopleSoft or other databases, and conduct statistical analyses to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations. This position will gather, monitor, analyze, and report on workforce activities, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and relevant to compliance needs, while providing valuable insights for strategic recommendations and supporting compliance initiatives across the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Title VI, and Diversity & Inclusion functions. The Senior EO Analyst will serve as a key data resource, providing MTA-wide and agency-specific reporting related to the implementation of equal opportunity initiatives. This role ensures that all data is processed, analyzed, and communicated effectively to meet compliance requirements and support MTA's equal opportunity objectives.
