About The Position
The Office of Information Technology at the Dell Medical School is seeking a Senior Epic Interface Analyst. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring periodic on-site attendance as determined by organizational needs. The Senior Epic Interface Analyst has overall responsibility for the design, development, and testing of conversion and real-time interfaces, specifically integrations with Epic Bridges. This role serves as the primary point of contact with vendors and takes the lead in primary areas of work, including Projects, Changes, and the highest point of Break/Fix escalation. The Senior Epic Interface Analyst demonstrates full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to the technical discipline, and provides solutions to a variety of complex interface problems throughout the organization.
