About The Position

The position is located in Fort Myers, FL, within the Analytics Center of Excellence department. It is a full-time role with a hybrid work type. The pay rate ranges from $50.37 to $65.48 per hour. The candidate will be expected to have a strong background in healthcare IT, analytics, and software development, with a focus on project management and analytic methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in IT or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development, or data management.
• 7+ years of experience developing and managing reports and dashboards.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools (QlikSense, QlikView, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Experience working with external vendors.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in data science or advanced analytics.
• Certified in at least two of Epic's data models (Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity, Clinical Data Model).
• Experience with clinical/business analytics reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of current healthcare environments.
• 9+ years of experience in enterprise databases and analytic reporting.
• Healthy Planet Experience.
• Epic Registry Reporting (VBC and Chronic Disease).
• MIPS, MSSP, HEDIS, ACO, HCC reporting.
• 7+ years of experience using Qlik Sense/QlikView/Tableau or other BI Visualization tool.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and tools (R/Python/SAS/SPSS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reports and dashboards for analytic projects.
• Create data models to support reports and dashboards.
• Utilize SQL query techniques in Clarity and Caboodle.
• Work with data warehouses, data stores, and data marts.
• Develop test plans and execute test scenarios related to building and deploying dashboards.
• Train, mentor, and lead other developers and analysts.
• Design and implement standards in development practices.
