Organization: HealthIT Ambulatory Core Job Summary: The Senior Application analyst fulfills operational and maintenance requirements imperative to the daily functioning of eStar. This position backfills an analyst role that has been promoted internally to the team’s manger role. This senior level analyst would be responsible for Epic Ambulatory areas including primary care &/or other specialty areas. This position is necessary in supporting Epic functionality for the largest clinical specialties by volume in the organization. This role also supports the physician builder program. Responsibilities of the role include routine maintenance and enhancements in the ownership areas, as well as participation in related projects and regulatory enhancements. The role will support the Ambulatory Core team overall with maintenance, support upgrades, and participate in on call.

Requirements

  • Epic Ambulatory certification is required.
  • Bachelors degree is required.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical, administrative, financial and operational workflows.
  • Analyzes clinical, administrative, financial or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
  • Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
  • Assists with onboarding and training as needed.
