About The Position

SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS: Training and Experience: Must meet the following criteria: 1. Completion of 120 hours from an accredited college or university; and, One (1) year of experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description; or, 2. Completion of 60 hours from an accredited college or university; and, Three (3) years of experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description.

Requirements

• Completion of 120 hours from an accredited college or university; and, One (1) year of experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description; or, Completion of 60 hours from an accredited college or university; and, Three (3) years of experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description.
• Possession of a valid class “D” Oklahoma Driver license
• Possession of or ability to obtain an OSHA 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operator's Certificate
• Some individuals within this classification will be required to obtain a relevant Water/Wastewater License as issued by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
