What You'll Do: As a Senior Environmental Engineer, you will lead key environmental projects, overseeing client coordination, planning, budgeting, and technical documentation. You'll supervise and mentor a team of engineers and geologists, supporting their growth through guidance and training. You will also help expand our business and maintain strong client relationships. This role includes both office and field work tied to environmental assessments, with regular interaction with clients, contractors, regulators, and local officials. Project Management: Independently manage small to mid-sized projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with sustainability goals. Coordinate with senior staff on complex technical issues and maintain strong organization and time management. Field Operations: Plan and perform field investigations, including drilling, sampling, and data collection. Lead field teams to ensure accurate site assessments. Technical Expertise: Perform engineering evaluations, especially involving contaminated and Superfund sites. Review calculations, analyze lab data, and develop recommendations. Report & Proposal Preparation: Produce high-quality technical reports and assist in creating scopes and cost proposals following company and industry standards. Mentor & Engage: Support junior staff development and participate in professional and industry organizations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological or Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Excellent project management skills and team leadership
  • Excellent business and technical writing skills
