ABM is hiring a Senior Entitlements Management Analyst to lead governance and compliance for paid time off (PTO) calculations, wage and hour rules, and entitlement policies within the ABM Entitlement Management System (EMS). This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic partner, ensuring compliance with union collective bargaining agreements, Federal, State, and Local Government laws, and customer agreements. The Senior Analyst will also drive compliance programs around minimum wage, Living Wage, Prevailing Wage , California Meal and Rest Breaks, and Healthy San Francisco . This position will lead rollouts and configuration of new software using the ePay timekeeping system, while mentoring junior analysts and influencing process improvements. A successful candidate will demonstrate advanced analytical and organizational skills, strong leadership, and effective communication skills necessary to maintain the Entitlement Management System . Th e ability to collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Human Resources, Legal, Software Developers, Project Management Office, and Operational Managers. This is a Hybrid Role (in-office Mon-Thu) based out of our office located at 14141 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
