About The Position

The Senior Enterprise Project Manager leads and supports enterprise project managers throughout the full project lifecycle—from initiation to closeout. This role provides guidance on complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective project execution, cohesive team alignment, and strong stakeholder satisfaction through timely, transparent documentation and communication.

  • Ability to travel to clinic locations required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent healthcare related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years of enterprise project management experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate project management activities to enterprise project managers as assigned by the Director of Enterprise Project Management.
  • Coach and mentor enterprise project managers through their individual project assignments providing clarity and support when needed.
  • Lead complex multi-discipline enterprise projects including the development of project plans, defining project milestones, system testing, training, implementation, and follow-up on behalf of stakeholders.
  • Lead and facilitate structured project team meetings that promote alignment, surface risks, and enable informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Regularly review the planning of project management activities and phases for enterprise projects or initiatives using organizational project management software tools.
  • Ensure project status updates in project management software and tools are relevant, current, and accurate and issues are escalated to the Director of Enterprise Project Management timely.
  • Supervise the Change Management Committee process by collaborating with departmental stakeholders for evaluation, implementation, and communication of requests and ensures timely follow up on action items from the committee.
  • Use collaborative problem-solving to anticipate and reduce cross-functional and downstream impacts of changes through risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to guide the development/enhancement of workflows, policies, and standards as they relate to clinic-based information systems or processes.
  • Apply subject matter expertise and business analysis skills when partnering with stakeholders to define and document requirements for system projects.
  • Troubleshoot potential and/or current problems by engaging with vendors/subject matter experts and performing root cause analysis (when appropriate) to proactively address concerns and respond to problems in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely response to tickets in the IT ticket system and proper follow up on any outstanding issues related to active projects or programs supported by the Enterprise Project Management Team.
  • Work in conjunction with other project managers, department leaders/managers and IT teams to prioritize, track and communicate system related issues.
