About The Position

We’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth for our enterprise segment. You’ll own demand strategy and execution for enterprise accounts, building integrated campaigns that engage key personas and convert into qualified pipeline for sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including 3+ years focused on enterprise audiences
  • Proven success driving leads, MQLs, and pipeline in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and ABM tactics
  • Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Qualified, Mutiny)
  • Highly analytical, collaborative, and comfortable owning results end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise demand generation goals across leads, MQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees), including paid media, ABM, email, content syndication, and webinars
  • Lead LinkedIn and account-based advertising strategy; partner with growth marketing on PPC/SEM
  • Manage budgets and optimize spend to maximize pipeline impact and ROI
  • Partner closely with sales and SDR/BDR teams on lead quality, account priorities, lead handoff, and conversion
  • Partner with the event marketing team to maximize ROI from executive dinners, conferences, and sponsorships targeting enterprise accounts
  • Track performance and report on key metrics including pipeline, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
