Play a pivotal role in owning relationships with Wix’s largest strategic accounts. You'll be instrumental in ensuring partnership success by understanding the technical and business environments of our customers and driving growth to achieve significant business outcomes. In your day-to-day, you will: Own relationships with Wix’s largest strategic accounts, collaborating across internal teams to ensure partnership success Understand the technical and business environments of our customers to drive growth and achieve business outcomes Master platform capabilities, integrations, and data structures to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals Conduct QBRs, ABRs, and business reviews to assess progress, identify opportunities, and demonstrate Wix’s impact Partner with product teams to create customized onboarding workshops and training Identify growth opportunities, manage renewals, and respond to complex customer inquiries with effective solutions
