About The Position

We are seeking an Enterprise Cloud Solution Architect to serve as one of our most senior technologists. In this role, you will blend deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong client leadership to shape high-impact data and AI solutions on Azure and related platforms. You will partner with sales and account teams to influence and close key opportunities, act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and provide technical leadership across delivery teams. Clients will view you as a fractional CTO—an innovator who brings new ideas, challenges assumptions, and translates business objectives into technology-driven outcomes. Internally, you will help define our engineering standards, elevate team capabilities, and mentor the next generation of Senturus technical leaders. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients and shaping solution direction as Senturus continues to grow as a Microsoft Data & AI partner.

Requirements

  • A strong record of building and expanding strategic client relationships within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert business use cases into well-architected Data & AI solutions.
  • Experience designing data architectures that balance cost, capability, and risk.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in Azure Data and AI services, including Microsoft Fabric (Power BI), Snowflake, and Azure Databricks; experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience solving business challenges using Azure data, analytics, and PaaS offerings.
  • Strong technical credibility and the ability to build trust with clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Proven experience in technology consulting, architecture, and delivery leadership.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and applying them in impactful ways.
  • High customer focus and commercial awareness.

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field required.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant technical leadership experience within a consulting setting.
  • Microsoft AZ-204, AZ-305 and DP-700 certifications are required within six months of employment. Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or equivalent) is required within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and business development teams on strategy, pursuit, and closure of strategic opportunities.
  • Represent Senturus' technical capabilities during client discussions, presentations, and executive briefings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client leaders, aligning technical strategies to business goals.
  • Develop end-to-end solution plans and technical roadmaps for Data & AI initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable, and secure technical solutions.
  • Lead the design of reference architectures, documentation, and intellectual property that support consistent, profitable delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve integration challenges and ensure successful execution.
  • Introduce new technologies, patterns, and approaches that enhance client outcomes and internal capabilities.
  • Drive the creation of accelerators, methodologies, and reusable enablement content.
  • Help shape Senturus' technology strategy and participate in internal initiatives that advance our market differentiation.
  • Mentor engineers across experience levels, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, training, and team enablement activities.
  • Champion continuous learning and personal mastery across the organization.
