We are seeking a senior level Enterprise Architecture Analyst who will be responsible for the planning and oversite of IT frameworks within a sensitive and highly technical environment. As a Senior Enterprise Architecture Analyst, the successful candidate will function as a technical advisor to the Gov't for the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise architecture solutions that support organizational goals while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including Authorization to Operate (ATO) requirements. On a regular basis the successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the seamless integration of cloud computing technologies. This challenging and exciting role involves developing strategic roadmaps for technology transformation, advising on best practices for cloud adoption, and ensuring alignment with agile processes for continuous delivery and flexibility. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams in executing enterprise-wide initiatives, fostering innovation, and improving efficiency, scalability, and compliance in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in cloud environments and agile methodologies are essential to drive success in this role.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Information Systems or other technical field
  • Minimum of 15 years direct experience in cybersecurity and/or Information Technology in support of DoW networks, software, and hardware.
  • Proven history of successfully managing the Authorization to Operate (ATO) process, to include experience with achieving a Conditional-ATO (C-ATO) within Agile-based processes.
  • Proven background in executing and managing cybersecurity programs and ensuring compliance across complex enterprise architecture environments.
  • Strong experience in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Configuration Management Plans specifically tailored for agile software development environments.
  • Availability for up to 25% travel
  • Must have a DoD Top Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Working familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and platforms.
  • Ability to configure and manage Splunk indexes, queries, detection rules, and automated alerts.
  • Proficient in the use of industry-standard collaboration and documentation tools, including Confluence, SharePoint, and GitLab.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, concise, and accessible manner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine strategies and best practices in close collaboration with DevSecOps Engineers, focusing on prototyping and evaluating emerging data science and analytics technologies within enterprise architectures.
  • Ensure software is tested, and maintained in full compliance with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Application Security and Development (ASD) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) standards.
  • Facilitate and support the transition of organizational infrastructure from traditional on-premises hardware solutions to modern cloud-based environments.
  • Serve as a member of multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), providing subject matter expertise and technical support across enterprise architecture, software development, and information technology implementation efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver cybersecurity status updates to senior leaders and team members.
