About The Position

Key responsibilities Define and own the enterprise architecture vision. Translate business strategy into target-state architectures. Establish architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps. Guide major programs, including ERP, merchandising, supply chain, digital, data, and cloud. Partner with CIO to shape investment decisions. Evaluate tradeoffs across cost, risk, scalability, and speed. Drive simplification and platform rationalization. Ensure strong integration patterns across vendors and internal systems. Promote security, resilience, and regulatory alignment by design. Mentor NGI IT architects and senior leaders. Review and approve solution designs for material initiatives. Core domains Retail store systems and store technology. Merchandising, marketing, pricing, and promotion platforms. Supply chain, logistics, and warehouse systems. Ecommerce, loyalty, and customer data. Enterprise data, analytics, and integration. Cloud, infrastructure, and identity platforms. Qualifications 15 plus years in enterprise or domain architecture roles. Deep experience in large scale retail or grocery environments. Proven leadership across complex, multi-year transformations. Strong background in packaged platforms and SaaS ecosystems. Hands-on experience with cloud and integration architectures. Ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and precision. Track record of influencing senior leaders without direct authority. What success looks like Clear, actionable architecture roadmaps. Fewer platforms and lower complexity. Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $121,300 - $225,300. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
