About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of security architecture across an enterprise environment, advancing a zero-trust security model. You will lend expertise to answer technical consulting questions, individually or as part of a project team. Serve as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications plan to drive the security agenda forward. Prepares and participates in "deep dive" technical evaluation meetings, investigating processes to understand data and communications flow within Integrated Delivery System. The role requires deep collaboration across information security, security operations, and managed services teams, as well as key cybersecurity deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. Requirements

  • Required H.S. Diploma or GED
  • A bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience
  • Required 10 years information systems architecture, design, or maintenance experience
  • Applicant must have a deep understanding of network security - firewalls, network segmentation, secure network design.
  • Knowledgeable enough of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and be able to partner with a GRC assessor to specifically align security architecture to NIST & CIS frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across complex, multi-team environments, including managed service providers. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translates business needs into detail requirement specifications.
  • Discover and understand customer’s business model, drivers, goals, pain-points, constraints, priorities and formulate recommendations.
  • Create a business case when there is ambiguity in customer requirements.
  • Exhibit awareness of industry trends and standards. Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise and translating business needs into key requirements.
  • Developing architecture specifications, models and roadmaps based on business/technical requirements to deliver complete solution including technologies, processes and people.
  • Research, review, analyze and recommend new and emerging highly complex technological and business development trends to meet business requirements.
  • Responsible for connecting business strategy and technology to emerging business and information systems capabilities.
  • Leads systems design and analysis.
  • Analyzes system problems and modifications.
  • Participates in committees as an IS representative.
  • Lead implementation of a zero-trust architecture, ensuring alignment with business and clinical operations.
  • Architect and enhance network security frameworks including firewalls, network segmentation strategies, and secure access controls.
  • Drive large-scale network segmentation initiatives, partnering with infrastructure, threat, and vulnerability management teams.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison for Information Security (InfoSec), leading architectural discussions and influencing security direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure architecture supports detection, response, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Partner with Program/Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives and adherence to project milestones.
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance across three core InfoSec departments and multiple managed service providers, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Evaluate and integrate modern security technologies (e.g., secure access service edge platforms).
