About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise-wide IT architecture. This role is pivotal in aligning technology with business strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation across our global IT landscape. The ideal candidate will not only bring deep technical expertise and architectural leadership but also demonstrate the potential to grow into the role of Chief Enterprise Architect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures in complex, global environments.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and integration patterns.
  • Experience with enterprise tools such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with practical execution.
  • Experience in regulated or multinational industries is a plus.
  • Fluent English, native English speaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to guide long-term IT investments and innovation.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and best practices across the organization.
  • Provide architectural guidance for major IT initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and integration.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
  • Consult, coordinate, and align closely with business applications teams within the IT department to ensure their strategies and roadmaps are fully integrated with the enterprise architecture vision.
  • Establish a consulting and decision forum with key stakeholders from all business areas to ensure alignment of new business applications, software, or SaaS solutions with the enterprise architecture.
  • Create and maintain multi-year architecture roadmaps, including application, data, infrastructure, and security domains.
  • Support and mentor solution architects and technical leads across the organization.
  • Prepare to assume the role of Chief Enterprise Architect, contributing to strategic planning and enterprise-wide transformation.
