About The Position
The Senior Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing, data entry, and file maintenance of enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation for strategic business unit (SBU) operations. This role ensures accurate and timely data entry in compliance with contract service level agreements, while also providing support in communication regarding eligibility issues and program benefits.
