The Bursar’s Office Senior Enrollment Services Representative ( SESR ) is the primary point of contact for customers needing assistance from the Office of the Bursar which provides student account billing and processes all funds coming into the College. This position is responsible for front of house operations including front window and call center service. Daily tasks include payment processing, reconciling accounts, account review and troubleshooting requiring some knowledge of Financial Aid, refunds and Records functions. The SESR also performs general clerical tasks as assigned by Bursar or Assistants. Position requires working closely with colleagues within the office as well as collaboration with all departments particularly Student Loan, Collections, Financial Aid, Records and Admissions. The SESR will also assist with supervision of student employees.
