We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed Senior Engineering Technician to join our team in developing cutting edge cancer therapy medical devices. You will get the chance to test your skills in many areas by working on complex electromechanical systems. Participate to the rally starting from ideas and concepts to prototype to production as you work in a collaborative and creative R&D, manufacturing and service teams across multiple disciplines. This position could provide you with the opportunity to move your career to a brand-new field to create Real Products used in Real Treatments that save Real Lives. In this role, you will: Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry or specialized test equipment. Applications may include analog, digital and/or video circuits, and logic systems. Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of related experience.
Capability of working strategically, proactively, and independently to determine methods and procedures.
Hands on experience working with complex electromechanical assemblies.
Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, DVMs and other test equipment.
Network and windows skills (TCP/IP, DHCP. Windows11)
Experience and aptitude in the integration and troubleshooting electromechanical systems, including analog, digital and video circuits.
Enjoy working in New Product Integration (NPI) environments.
Demonstrated skills to plan activities strategically and produce high quality deliverables and documentation.
Demonstrated ability working from schematics, engineering drawings, written or verbal instructions.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Exhibit excellent team spirit along with the ability to interact effectively with experts in multiple disciplines.
Ability to work independently and be highly motivated.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Linear accelerator knowledge.
IEC testing experience in medical device.
