We are seeking an Senior Engineering Program Manager to support the development and deployment of solar power plant component solutions that are critical to our solar tracking solutions. Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of wire management solutions that are critical to Nextpower’s systems. In this role, you will oversee complex engineering programs from concept through production release, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet performance, cost, and schedule targets. As a senior leader, you will also mentor other program managers and help strengthen program management processes company-wide.
