The Senior Engineering Program Manager (IS - ServiceNow) is a leadership role within Enterprise Information Services at Providence. The position focuses on defining, designing, and delivering ServiceNow-based solutions and services that enhance caregiver experience and add organizational value. This role spans the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions-from strategy and design to implementation and continuous improvement. In addition to program leadership, the role includes: + Working closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes. + Creating a clear vision and roadmap for ServiceNow initiatives that support organizational goals. + Owning the product end-to-end, including backlog management, release planning, and continuous improvement.
