  • Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and features for iCloud
  • Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Foster collaboration across a broad team of XF partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake of new feature asks
  • Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
  • Bring clarity by creating plans, driving the team to execute on those plans, setting goals and expectations, and removing roadblocks
  • Influence and build relationships with team members in all functional areas and levels of the organization—engineering, business, product, legal, marketing, design, and leadership
  • BS/MS/PhD CS/CE/EE or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in product / program / project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development
  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engineers, managers, and execs
  • Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating resolutions
  • Sound technical foundation and a highly motivated self-starter
  • Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
  • Experience leading large, complex programs; from requirements gathering, collaboration with product and design teams, through software development and release qualification while maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Experience working in subscriber growth related features with a strong product sense and data-informed decision making
  • Strong ability to connect data insights to customer problems, and propose potential new features
  • Experience managing cross-org dependencies across multiple engineering, product, design and business teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations
  • Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and an intellectually curious approach to challenges
