Everlaw is looking for a Senior Engineering Operations Specialist to join our Engineering team! As a Senior Engineering Operations Specialist, you will be a growing mentor on our team that will build and maintain the processes and programs necessary to scale up our rapidly-growing Engineering team, as well as provide mentorship on the Engineering Operations team. Although this is not a technical role, you will be in a technical environment, leading work groups within our Engineering team to build cutting-edge software and designing processes that scale with us as we grow. This is a great role for someone who has a track record of successfully leading complex projects, has technical acumen in the SaaS space or full-stack software development environments, and has used data and metrics to inform your program design.   • Become product certified by learning the ins and outs of the Everlaw platform through training modules and a practical exam.
  • Participate in feature development check-ins, guiding conversations with multiple stakeholders to run the lifecycle of the features being built.
  • Design operational processes, analyzing recruiting needs and documenting best practices for planning and running team activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve the Everlaw Engineering experience through tools/automation and process improvements.
  • Use data to define and track metrics to inform decisions affecting the Engineering team.
  • Optimize the use of technology and tools to make teams more efficient and scalable.
  • At least 4 years of experience at a SaaS company in a program management, project management, or operations role.
  • Ability to independently execute on large-scale projects and teach others how to do the same.
  • Strong technical writing and effective communication skills.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously as well as collaboratively.
  • Team player with a track record of successfully leading projects.
  • Ability to internalize feedback and provide actionable feedback to others.
  • Capability to identify areas for process improvement and implementation plans.
  • Experience using digital tools to automate manual workflows.
  • Expected hourly rate range between $53.37 and $67.31.
