A Day in the Life In this highly visible and impactful role, the Senior Engineering Manager will report to OU Operations and lead a team of Core Team Operations Representatives (CTORs) and Project Engineers. This role is responsible for value stream selection, planning, execution, and implementation of new products supporting the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health Operating Units. You will drive the development of robust, stable, end-to-end value streams by working closely with cross-functional partners and manufacturing sites, while building and developing a high-performing team of program and project leaders. This position ensures overall Operations execution across New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, including schedule, budget, resource planning, risk management, issue resolution, and compliance with internal quality systems. Results are achieved through leadership of up to 10 extended Operations functions, including Supply Management, Supplier Quality, Process Development, Contract Manufacturing, Internal Manufacturing, Packaging & Labeling, Sterilization, Global Supply Chain, and Distribution. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership experience, new product introduction expertise, and demonstrated success leading complex, matrixed programs involving R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams. This role requires a balance of technical depth, program management capability, business acumen, and medical device operations knowledge, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
