Senior Engineering Manager
About The Position
As a Senior Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in bridging advanced technology and product execution – driving technology transfer, enabling new product introductions, and advancing digital engineering transformations. You will report directly to our Engineering Director and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN or Minneapolis, MN locations on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our Advanced Projects and Commercial Navigation organizations. Duties will include leading advanced projects that translate emerging technologies into fielded products, driving disciplined technology transfer from our Advanced Technology organization into new product introductions. Owning cross-functional execution of technology initiatives and digital engineering transformations that accelerate development, improve design fidelity, and reduce risk from concept through delivery.
