Position Summary CVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and driven Sr Manager Digital Engineering to lead back-end engineering teams tasked with creating best in class experiences focused on identifying, prioritizing and shaping complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders. In this role, you will be leading teams of engineers to drive the delivery of our digital services focused on improving the navigation experience of members using our Web and Native applications, as well as migrating data and services from legacy infrastructure to the cloud. You will provide strategic leadership for the digital engineering teams building back-end service development; use your technical and people management skills to support, manage and mentor engineering professionals with deep and varying backgrounds and experience. You will also influence roadmaps for future efforts and work in collaboration with stakeholder to align those with business objectives. You should have the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and strong software engineering and people management skills. A successful candidate will be a highly motivated, collaborative individual; motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. This role can be based in one of the CVS office locations in TX, IL, AZ, RI, MA and can work in hybrid model.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development work experience
  • 2+ years experience leading large cross functional project management initiatives
  • 2+ years experience with Agile/Scrum practices
