  • Manage a team of individual contributors in Cloud Operations.
  • Prioritize and communicate the roadmap for CloudOps, selecting impactful projects.
  • Negotiate with vendors for services managed by the team.
  • Support team members in their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Security managers to improve software development processes.
  • Implement cloud best practices with engineering teams.
  • Enhance the security, performance, scalability, and reliability of existing services.
  • Proven experience in engineering management, particularly in cloud operations.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with infrastructure services such as CI/CD, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with data operations and site reliability engineering.
  • Experience with open-source software development.
  • Knowledge of data science workflows and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
