About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional pods developing AI-driven automation solutions using Google's low-code/no-code stack. You will provide architectural direction, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade automation for financial workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Strong full-stack experience (React/Angular, backend, APIs, databases).
• Experience building or leading AI-driven automation solutions.
• Familiarity with financial systems or treasury workflows preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and enterprise communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor pods (5-person cross-functional teams).
• Provide architectural oversight for AI automation platforms (AppSheet, Dialogflow).
• Review PRs, guide full-stack problem solving, and ensure coding best practices.
• Drive integrations with multiple financial systems and APIs.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability across ~50 automated processes.
• Partner with Product Managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Support hiring and onboarding of technical staff.
