Requirements
- Sustaining and advancing the delivery of model execution capabilities across regulatory programs such as CCAR, RRP, and BOE
- Integrating and deploying complex model packages, supporting audit and regulatory submissions, and modernizing the execution framework using Core Java, Kubernetes, and Databricks, in alignment with the enterprise's strategy
- Demonstrating considerable analytical skills to navigate intricate model dependencies and data pipelines, along with forward-looking AI/ML capabilities to support evolving regulatory and business needs
- Engaging closely with business stakeholders in New York, particularly across Finance, Treasury, and Risk domains
- Collaborating with global teams across the US, UK, and India

- Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and model integration
- Experience with Docker for containerization and scalable deployment
- Familiarity with Spring Boot for building robust, production-grade backend services
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable infrastructure and data solutions
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
