About The Position

The Senior Engineer position at Odyssey Systems Consulting Group involves providing engineering and technical support for the Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects (STRIKE) Project Office at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama. Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Test and Evaluation (T&E) support to the Launcher and Munitions Test Teams of the STRIKE PO.
• Develop and execute test plans, manage test events, collect and reduce data, and publish test reports.
• Provide technical expertise for the development of special processes and procedures including non-destructive testing and calibration.
• Offer Quality Assurance technical advice and support for audit activities and production line validations.
• Coordinate between the OEM and countries for hardware and software integration efforts.
• Assist in planning, development, and execution of requirements reviews and design reviews for weapon systems.
• Prepare technical documentation such as evaluations, reports, and specifications for LRHW and MRC product development.
• Provide technical recommendations for missiles and interface between munitions and launcher systems.
• Perform trade-off studies and risk assessment analysis of candidate systems.
• Support integrated logistics activities including analysis of depot maintenance and logistics support.
