We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. We are seeking a Senior Engineer to support our Navy customer in Port Hueneme, CA.

Participate in various meetings including Integrated Product Teams, Waterfront Support, and Engineering Support/Working Groups.
Troubleshoot issues within a system or equipment, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems or malfunctions.
Conduct engineering enterprise-level studies and planning, provide test and evaluation support, conduct data collection and analysis, and perform software testing.
Review and prepare engineering changes in support of equipment modifications, including Ship Change Documents, Engineering Change Proposals, Ordnance Alterations, and Ship Alterations.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and develop various documents and plans such as installation documents, project plans, and Plan of Action and Milestones.
Develop drawing revisions in support of engineering changes.
Mentor Junior and Mid-Level Engineers on the team.

15 years of professional experience providing engineering support and a Master's degree.
OR 20 years of professional experience providing engineering support and a Bachelor's degree.
