The candidate will function as a subject matter expert (SME) in installing, configuring, and testing Voice over IP network equipment at the customer site. This position requires the candidate to receive and inspect network equipment, install network equipment at the customer site, configure network routing and voice trunks, migrate legacy analog phones to packet gateway, and test voice signaling and service quality.
