  • Drive Company Standards by developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate standards.
  • Utilize Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) for process, labor, and efficiency improvements.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement for product launches and project implementation.
  • Track spending and schedule engineering tasks to meet launch milestones.
  • Conduct initial labor assessments in collaboration with AME.
  • Develop material process flows with the Materials team.
  • Lead PFMEA and design for manufacturing initiatives.
  • Conduct operational strategy, capacity analysis, and equipment needs assessments.
  • Implement and improve equipment functionality based on design reviews and lessons learned.
  • Reduce frequency of quality occurrences and increase detection rates.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for modifying and developing 2D layouts.
  • Ability to develop and modify current labor standards using MOST.
  • Strong management skills to lead the engineering department effectively.
  • Knowledge of critical path management for launch scheduling.
  • Familiarity with fastening strategy and Atlas Copco Tools Talk software.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, OSHA, and TS16949 requirements and compliance.
  • Understanding of safety standards related to general industry, machine guarding, and automated vehicles.
