We are seeking a Senior Engineer for our Land Development Planning & Entitlement Department. This position is for enthusiastic leaders committed to lifelong learning and helping the firm achieve its goals through high-level performance and business development. Salary range : $123,300 - $155,000

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and oversee the full design process
Experience supervising staff and working in team environments
Knowledge of public agency standards and land development requirements
Proficiency in all aspects of land development design

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
Demonstrate expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial project design
Communicate effectively with agencies and clients
Adhere to firm-wide policies on project and financial management, client relations, and business development
Research, analyze, and present technical performance data
Manage projects while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and deadlines
Exhibit attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Lead by example to meet or exceed personal performance goals
Foster successful staff integration and team building
Maintain registration as an engineer in California
