Key Responsibilities: KBR is seeking a Senior Engineer. Primary responsibilities are to: - Provide subject-matter expertise to rapidly explore and prototype multi-domain command, control, and communications (C3) capabilities to synchronize data sharing and decision making for joint warfighting. - Deliver technical assessments and analysis to provide recommended innovative approaches, technologies, and capabilities to close critical joint warfighting capability gaps. - Provide technical expertise to inform mission engineering studies, prototype development, experimentation, and global integrated wargaming. - Provide technical analysis and advice to help inform capability requirements development and validation through the JCIDS process. - Collaborate with Service, Joint Staff, and OSD stakeholders to support the transition of technologies from prototypes and joint experimentation activities to Service programs of record. - Prepare and deliver reports and briefings for senior DoD leadership and Congress Work Environment: Location: On-site, Arlington, VA Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% Working Hours: Standard

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience and expertise in two or more of the following: Operational constraints, Concepts of operation, Concepts of employment, Development, and execution of CMMD operational plans, threat tactics and responses, or logistics approaches.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working with Joint Staff and warfighters.
  • BS in scientific or technological discipline
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance
