As an Engineering Technical Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative, cutting-edge solutions that advance sustainability through groundbreaking technology. The work schedule is hybrid: Monday to Thursday requires onsite presence with colleagues, while Fridays offer flexibility to choose a work location based on work requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years leading technical aspects of project design projects, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to deliver and lead technical designs to meet project and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineering Technical Lead for Thermo King Digital sensor products, providing technical input into project Quality/Delivery/Cost (QDC) targets.
• Execute Engineering tasks to meet project QDC targets, as well as product performance and safety requirements.
• Effectively lead projects through engineering processes, ensuring deadlines are met and communicating roadblocks.
• Utilize engineering judgment, analysis, and innovation to identify and solve problems.
• Apply engineering tools and processes to design, develop, test, and approve products and changes.
• Present materials and recommendations in formal engineering design review and project gate review environments.
• Focus strongly on system / architecture design and facilitate design decisions, including thoroughly evaluating tradeoffs, selection, and integration of components to meet new product requirements from Product Management.
• Lead the team through the integration, verification, and validation of sensor systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to integrate and validate externally designed systems.
