Requirements
- 6-8 years experience as Software Engineer
- Have strong experience building distributed backend systems at scale
- Have worked on performance testing, reliability, automation, or observability platforms
- Are excited about applying Agentic AI to improve developer workflows
- Enjoy translating complex systems into simple, powerful developer experiences
- Are comfortable owning systems end to end and working with distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, distributed performance testing infrastructure
- Develop Agentic AI–powered systems that enable no-code/low-code performance and automation testing
- Partner with AI platform teams to define agent workflows, abstractions, and guardrails
- Integrate performance testing, automation, and monitoring into a unified quality platform
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams across the US and India
- Help make performance a default, trusted signal in the development and release lifecycle
