Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Engineering experience.
  • Prior experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize.
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated Process Engineering experience with operational improvements.
  • Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills (using root cause analysis techniques).
  • Understanding of SAP and CMMS System software.

Responsibilities

  • Administer capital projects up to $1.0MM including defining scope, providing justification, submitting for approval, and ensuring project timelines are met and executed flawlessly.
  • Prepare project updates and action plans.
  • Ensure quality assurance guidelines and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and control project costs.
  • Coordinate capital plan by working with plant engineering and operations to establish priorities on current and future capital.
  • Participate in process development- actively promote plant initiatives and ensure group priorities are in support of plant vision.
  • Drive multiple projects to achieve scope, timeline and spending plan while balancing operational and business needs.
  • Manage engineer project teams to ensure project goals are met.
