Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or closely related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related occupation in DV, System Verilog, and UVM.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or closely related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation in DV, SystemVerilog, and UVM.

Responsibilities

  • Perform semiconductor engineering research, design, development, and/or testing for firm products and/or devices for use in the electronic communication industry.
  • Research, design, develop, and/or test electronic circuits and/or components.
  • Research, design, develop, analyze and/or test electronics system requirements, capacity, cost, and/or customer needs to determine project feasibility.
  • Ensure product and/or device quality and/or manufacturing readiness by identifying and/or implementing improvements within the design, development, release, and/or manufacturing of the product or device.
  • Exercise discretion within defined practices and procedures in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • May work from home on a hybrid schedule within commutable distance of San Jose and surrounding areas.
