About The Position

Working collaboratively and creatively as part of a close-knit product team, be a part of the development process from end to end: consulting users, carrying out experiments, tackling complex business problems and implementing new products. Balance customer needs with business goals and know how to deliver technical solutions that enhance business value. Work with contact experience center associates to understand the real-life challenges of customers and discover what they need to move seamlessly between the online and in-person shopping experiences. Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management and systems architecture to develop experimental solutions and bring great ideas to life. Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment. Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations, Management, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Language, Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience is acceptable.
  • Demonstrated experience with full stack application development.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce custom applications using the Apex language.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce custom application design, limits, throttling, security, and APIs.
  • Experience with Agile development teams and practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Managed Packages, customization, and administration.
  • Experience with Apex and Lightning frameworks.
  • Knowledge of API first design paradigm and cloud-based hosting.
  • Experience with DX, .NET, and Azure.
