  • Design and develop software only products in AGILE environment.
  • Write requirements, design and implement software, develop test procedures, perform verification, and complete artifacts for certification.
  • Provide analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and software level requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements and make recommendations for the generation of verification criteria and plan for the requirements.

  • Research, evaluate and recommend investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization’s systems products and services.
  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Avionics/Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology and Data Science or related field and 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer or related role. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Avionics/Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology and Data Science or related field and 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related role would be acceptable.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in embedded software development and verification.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience developing software using programming languages such as C, C++, Ada or Python.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in avionics industry.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of DO-178B/C development experience.
  • Non-US Person - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.
